Madder is one of the oldest reds known to weavers, drawn from a humble root that hides its colour underground. Here it becomes a whole field, and on it a scattering of blossoms in blue, rose and cream, as if a garden had been carried in from outside and laid down to rest. Warm, generous, impossible to ignore.
What it is made of
A rug is only as noble as its fibre. We treat our materials the way a tailoring house treats cashmere: sourced with care, handled by hand, never hurried.
